Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is actively seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served while training and guiding the restaurant crew. The role requires hands-on leadership on the line, overseeing breaks, shifts, and line schedules to maintain smooth service.

The ideal candidate will champion food safety, monitor time/temperature, and help resolve customer incidents, with opportunities to grow into future Service Leader roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in the work location language.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served
• Help resolve food quality issues
• Maintain food safety protocols on the line
• Address customer incidents to ensure positive experiences
• Monitor crew breaks and shift changes
• Assist with crew development and training
• Support office administration duties as needed
• Maintain clean, organized line and functioning equipment
• Ensure adequate supplies and inventory for service
