The role emphasizes developing future Service Leaders, upholding food safety policies, and supporting administrative duties while delivering a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Cash handling policies and procedures knowledge
• Food safety knowledge and health department familiarity
• Experience with office paperwork and administrative tasks
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, and shifts
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development
• Assist with general office duties (banking, cash handling policies) and ordering supplies
