Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. The role requires staying on the floor, managing line operations, and stepping in when busy to complete tasks.

The team focuses on food safety, customer satisfaction, and smooth shift management. You will be involved in crew development, performance reviews, and coordinating office tasks and supplies, while embodying the brand’s Food With Integrity

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring quality food is prepared and served.
• Lead and train restaurant crew; monitor breaks, shifts and line schedules.
• Support food safety practices, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and checklists.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and develop future leaders.
• Perform miscellaneous office duties and manage supplies.
