Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, while guaranteeing the crew is well trained and delivers strong service.

The role involves staying on your feet on the line, supervising schedules, and stepping in to help with tasks when needed. You will also develop front-of-house staff, assist with performance reviews, and handle related office duties.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration, banking, and paperwork as needed.
• Support with staff development and future Service Leaders.
