Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. This role involves maintaining a clean line, monitoring safety protocols, and supporting staff with training and scheduling.

The position emphasizes leadership development, crew performance reviews, and collaboration on various front-of-house tasks. On-site work with competitive compensation and opportunities for advancement are expected.

Competenze

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices on the line and with daily checklists.
• Assist with customer incident resolution and positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks and line schedules; support shift changes and meetings.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Contribute to training and development of future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure office equipment and supplies are in order.
