Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides great service. The role demands standing on the floor, managing line equipment, and stepping in to assist when busy.

You’ll drive food safety practices, support crew scheduling, and participate in training and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety—hand washing, glove changes, line temperature checks, shelf life monitoring, and daily safety checklist compliance.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration, banking, and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered.
• Ensure adequate supplies are available as needed.
