Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You’ll keep a clean, organized line and clock in-ready, with a willingness to help when not busy.

You’ll ensure food safety, monitor line operations, and support crew development while assisting with administrative duties. This role offers growth potential in a values-driven, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf life monitoring, and daily safety checklist adherence.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered as necessary.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed.
