Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader in Shelby, NC to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, while training and guiding the restaurant crew. This role keeps the line clean, equipment functioning, and tasks organized, with responsibilities to step in and assist when not busy.

You will help ensure hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature monitoring, and adherence to Daily Food Safety Checklists.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety and monitor time/temperature on the line.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, line schedules.
• Develop and cross train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Support development of future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are managed.
