Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is hiring a Service Leader in Fayetteville, NC to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and the crew is well trained.

You will keep a clean line and ensure proper functioning equipment, while enforcing food safety policies. The role includes crew scheduling, training, performance reviews, and developing future leaders, plus handling some office duties.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Helping to resolve food quality issues.
• Supporting food safety which includes hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, shelf-life checks, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Moniting crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Developing and cross training all front of house Crew.
• Assisting with Crew performance reviews.
• Developing future Service Leaders.
• Assisting with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork.
• Ensuring office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered as necessary.
• Ensuring the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed.
