Job summary

You will keep the line clean and organized, supervise shifts, and support ongoing training, with hands-on work when busy. This role emphasizes food safety, cash handling knowledge, and leadership development to build future Service Leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred for this role.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department rules.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English for the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety practices: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with training and reviews.
• Assist with office duties, banking and paperwork as needed.
• Maintain organized line and functioning equipment; ensure supplies are stocked.
