You will maintain a clean, organized line, monitor line equipment, and work on the floor to support breaks, shifts, trainings, and daily tasks, while developing future Service Leaders and contributing to a fast, friendly dining environment.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep line clean and equipment functioning; monitor time and temperature on the line.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; train and develop front-of-house crew.
