Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader in Charlotte, NC. You will maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the line clean and crew well-trained.

You will help monitor breaks, shifts, and line schedules, and assist with office duties as needed. You will develop and coach front-line staff, participate in crew performance reviews, and contribute to building future Service Leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and properly equipped.
• Support and train restaurant crew to provide good customer service.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with office duties as needed.
• Develop future Service Leaders and assist with performance reviews.
