Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and health department matters.
• Restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Coordinate crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with office administration tasks and inventory supplies as needed.
• Support crew and leaders to resolve customer incidents and maintain service levels.
• Help monitor and enforce food safety and daily checklists.
