Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. in Greenville, NC is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience, ensure safe and high-quality food, and keep the crew well trained and organized on the line.

You will monitor breaks, assist with shift changes, and participate in cross-training and performance reviews while supporting administrative duties. Prior restaurant experience and knowledge of cash handling and food safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in the work location language.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and well organized with functioning equipment.
• Monitor line, schedule breaks, and support crew during shifts.
• Cross-train front-of-house crew and participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with administrative duties and office paperwork when needed.
• Help develop future service leaders and resolve customer incidents.
