Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Wendell, NC is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high quality food is prepared and served and the restaurant crew is well trained. This role requires on-your-feet work and proactive task completion when not busy.

You will lead front-of-house training, monitor line performance, and contribute to ongoing staff development and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with proper hand washing and temperature monitoring.
• Help resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained.
