You'll drive food safety standards, assist with crew development, and support daily operations, including breaks, schedule coordination, and basic office tasks. Prior restaurant experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor line equipment and maintain a clean, organized line.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered as needed.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available.
