Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. The role involves keeping a clean line, training crew, and supporting operations throughout shifts.

You will help resolve food quality issues, monitor line activity, and assist with office duties as needed. A strong emphasis on food safety and customer service is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety practices and health department guidelines.
• Ability to follow cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with routine office paperwork and recordkeeping.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.
• Understanding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Train and support crew; assist with performance reviews and cross-training.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; participate in daily tasks when needed.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure supplies are stocked.
