Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant line clean and well stocked.

The role involves training the crew and ensuring policies are followed, with a focus on food safety and high service standards. The position requires hands-on presence, managing line operations, shifts, and cross-training front-of-house staff, and supporting administrative tasks as

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature monitoring.
• Assist with customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and banking policies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and available.
