Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, and the crew is well trained. The role involves maintaining a clean line, proper equipment, and proactive task completion during downtime.

You will help resolve food safety issues, support customer service, and assist with crew training, scheduling, and office duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies.
• Food safety knowledge required.
• Ability to speak/read/write the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized line and functioning equipment.
• Ensure high quality food is served to customers.
• Support food safety practices, including hand washing and gloves changes.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with office administration duties and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are available and in working order.
