Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain outstanding customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served; and by training and guiding the restaurant crew.

The role requires staying on your feet, keeping a clean line, and stepping in to assist when workload is light. You will drive food safety, quality, and service standards, help monitor shifts, and contribute to the development of future leaders while handling some office duties and cash

Qualifications

• Be able to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Must speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Must have a high school diploma.
• Must have restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Helping to resolve food quality issues.
• Supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, shelf-life checks, and daily safety policies.
• Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules.
• Developing and cross training all front of house Crew.
• Assisting with Crew performance reviews.
• Developing future Service Leaders.
• Assisting with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensuring office equipment functions and supplies are ordered.
• Ensuring adequate quantities of supplies are available.
