Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. The role includes keeping the restaurant line clean, training the crew, and assisting with office tasks as needed.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, food safety adherence, and developing future Service Leaders while supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with health department food safety matters.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Support food safety by monitoring hand washing, gloves, time/temperature, and shelf life.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with office administration duties.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are kept in working order.
