Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. You will oversee a well-trained crew, maintain a clean line, and support daily restaurant operations.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, training staff, handling cash policies, and assisting with admin tasks to ensure efficient service. Excellent communication and a passion for food safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with functioning equipment
• Train and develop front-of-house crew
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future leaders
• Perform office duties such as banking and cash handling policies
• Ensure office supplies and equipment are in good working order
• Maintain adequate supplies and assist with miscellaneous administrative duties
