Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You’ll keep a clean, organized line and help mentor front-of-house staff.

You’ll be on your feet during shifts, assist with line schedules, and participate in training and performance reviews while contributing to a smooth operation and outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma (required).
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety controls and daily safety checks.
• Address customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration and paperwork.
