Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served. You’ll lead a well‑trained restaurant crew, keep the line clean and organized, and step in to assist when needed while actively developing future Service Leaders.

The role emphasizes food safety, customer service, and daily operations in a fast‑paced setting.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Monitor line schedules, breaks, and shift changes.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and future leadership development.
• Handle office admin duties and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are maintained and ordered as needed.
