Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. The role also requires ensuring the restaurant crew is well trained and provides excellent customer service, while maintaining a clean, organized line and properly functioning equipment.

The Service Leader will supervise crew schedules, assist with training, and participate in office tasks when needed.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and health department compliance are required.
• Cash handling policies and procedures knowledge.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.
• Able to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and ensure equipment is functioning.
• Supervise crew, help with breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with office administration, banking, and paperwork.
