Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices and glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, and daily safety checklists.
• Assist with resolving customer incidents and maintaining positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules; train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Support office administration tasks and ensure supplies and equipment are in good order.
