Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. The role includes training the restaurant crew, maintaining a clean, efficient line, and ensuring all safety policies are followed.

You will also help resolve customer issues, monitor breaks and shifts, and participate in staff development to prepare future Service Leaders. This position emphasizes hands-on leadership in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and ability to understand work location language.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functional equipment; assist when not busy.
• Ensure hand washing and glove changes, monitor line time and temperatures, follow safety checklists.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; develop front-of-house staff.
• Support with crew performance reviews and developing future Service Leaders.
