Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. The role also ensures the restaurant crew is well trained, and line standards are met.

You will monitor food safety, assist with customer incidents, manage crew breaks and line schedules, and contribute to staff development and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Be able to articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Hold a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Helping to resolve food quality issues.
• Monitoring time and temperature on the line and daily safety checks.
• Assisting with Crew performance reviews and development.
• Developing and cross training all front of house Crew.
