This on-site role requires hands-on leadership and active involvement in the dining room and back-end tasks. The position emphasizes food safety, training, and delivering great service while maintaining efficient workflow and team coordination

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know and apply cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and record-keeping.
• Experience in a restaurant environment.
