Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food preparation and serving, while training and supporting a restaurant crew.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the line, staff development, and adherence to food safety policies. You will monitor line operations, assist with breaks and shift changes, and help drive excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and work location language requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety across the line.
• Support crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
• Develop and cross train front-of-house crew and participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration and supplies management.
