Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized and with functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with office tasks as needed.
• Develop future Service Leaders and support cross-training.
