Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant line clean and well-equipped. The role also focuses on training and guiding the crew to deliver excellent service.

You will supervise crew, assist with breaks and schedules, support front-of-house development, participate in performance reviews, and help with office duties such as banking and cash handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and record keeping.
