Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and equipment functioning; supervise crew.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Assist with breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
• Support with office administration duties and banking policies.
