Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by serving safe, high-quality food and by training and supporting the restaurant crew. You will maintain a clean line, operate with proper equipment, and help the team deliver excellent service throughout shifts.

The role emphasizes training, food safety compliance, scheduling, and cross-training front-of-house staff while participating in payroll, banking, and office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Cash handling knowledge and policies
• Food safety and health department matters
• Familiarity with office paperwork
• Ability to read, write, speak the primary language of the location
• Restaurant experience required

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served
• Resolve food quality issues
• Support food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature monitoring
• Address customer incidents to maintain positive experiences
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew
• Assist with crew performance reviews
• Develop future Service Leaders
• Provide basic office admin duties and maintain supplies
