Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. The role involves keeping the line clean and organized, monitoring equipment, and stepping in to complete tasks when busy.

You will lead training, help with crew performance reviews, and support future Service Leaders, while handling routine office duties and cash handling policies. Excellent communication and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety.
• Monitor line and equipment; assist with breaks and schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Handle miscellaneous office duties and supplies.
