Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, while leading a well-trained restaurant crew. This role targets line efficiency, office tasks, and strong food safety practices in a busy setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean line, resolving issues, training staff, and supporting crew performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and processes.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma and restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes and time/temperature checks.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and supplies.
