Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food and a well-trained crew. You’ll keep the line organized, monitor equipment, and step in when needed to complete tasks during busy periods.

You’ll also help train crew, monitor breaks and shift changes, participate in performance reviews, and contribute to the development of future service leaders while handling some office duties. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer care.

Qualifications

• Cash handling policies and procedures knowledge.
• Food Safety and health department matters knowledge.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience through safe, quality food preparation and service.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and with properly functioning equipment.
• On-balance to train crew and support their development.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules.
• Support with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office tasks such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
