Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained restaurant crew. The role requires keeping a clean, organized line and proactively assisting with additional tasks when needed.

The Service Leader will monitor schedules, foster cross-training, and support crew development. Knowledge of Food Safety, cash handling, and office paperwork is essential, with restaurant experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know and apply cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Be familiar with office paperwork.
• Communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Hold a high school diploma.
• Possess restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in, and assist with other tasks when not busy.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and with developing future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are available and functioning.
