Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served and that the restaurant crew is well trained and customer focused.

You will keep a clean, organized line, monitor line equipment, help resolve food safety and quality issues, support crew scheduling and training, and assist with occasional office duties to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health department guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and maintain food safety.
• Monitor line equipment, keep the line clean, and support daily operations.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, shift changes, and line shifts.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and ordering supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
