Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides excellent service. The role keeps the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment, and leaders-on-duty will stay on their feet while clocked in.

You will supervise crew, train staff, monitor breaks and shifts, assist with admin duties, and help to develop future Service

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Able to read/write English and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high-quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety.
• Monitor hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature, and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Address customer incidents to maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders and participate in office duties.
• Maintain office equipment and order supplies as needed.
