Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food and a well-trained crew. You’ll keep a clean, organized line and supervise tasks, breaks, and line schedules while supporting office duties as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining food safety standards, resolving incidents, mentoring front-of-house staff, and contributing to staff development and future leaders, with a strong focus on serving guests

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and supplies management.
