Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. The role includes training a restaurant crew, maintaining a clean, well-organized line, and ensuring equipment functions correctly.

The position requires adherence to food safety policies, hand washing and glove changes, temperature monitoring, and coverage when busy. Prior restaurant experience is preferred and opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• Able to understand and follow Chipotle’s policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork
• Must speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and with properly functioning equipment.
• Supervise the crew, monitor breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Handle office duties such as banking and paperwork and manage supplies.
