Qualifications

• Familiar with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Comfort with office paperwork and routine admin tasks.
• Strong verbal and written language abilities for the work location.
• High school diploma required; prior restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience with safe, quality food.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and properly equipped.
• Coach and train front-of-house Crew and monitor shifts.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and meetings.
• Help with performance reviews and develop future leaders.
• Support with office duties like banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are stocked and functional.
