The role requires standing on the front lines, managing line operations, and collaborating with crew to meet service standards. The position emphasizes food safety, teamwork, and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high-quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, temps, and shelf-life monitoring.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained.
• Ensure proper quantity of supplies are available.
