Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader in Bluffton, SC to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, and the crew is well trained and customer-focused.

You will maintain a clean, organized line, supervise front-of-house operations, and contribute to staff development and shift planning. This role emphasizes food safety, teamwork, and strong customer service, with opportunities for growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf lives, and daily safety checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with future Service Leaders development.
• Assist with office administration and banking procedures.
• Maintain office equipment and supply orders.
