Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, and the restaurant crew is well trained to provide excellent service.

The role involves maintaining a clean, organized line, supervising shifts, and supporting front-of-house staff. This is a full-time position with growth potential within a values-driven company.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high quality food is served and customer experience remains positive.
• Maintain clean, organized line with working equipment.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop frontline Crew and support training.
• Assist with office administration duties and paperwork.
• Monitor supplies and equipment and ensure proper quantity of supplies.
• Handle customer incidents and resolve issues.
• Participate in training and development of future Service Leaders.
