Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Fort Mill, SC is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, and the crew is well trained and customer-focused. This role requires standing on the floor, clocked in, and assisting others when not busy.

You’ll drive food safety, help resolve incidents, monitor breaks and shifts, coach front-of-house staff, support office tasks, and help manage supplies to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Helping to resolve food quality issues.
• Supporting food safety with hand washing, glove changes, and temperature monitoring.
• Resloving customer incidents and ensuring positive experiences.
• Assisting with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Developing and cross training front of house crew.
• Assisting with crew performance reviews and future leaders.
