Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and high-quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean with properly functioning equipment and supervise crew on the floor.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; participate in office duties as needed.
• Support management in daily operations and help develop future Service Leaders.
