Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and high-quality food is prepared and served while guiding a trained restaurant crew.

You will lead line operations, monitor food safety practices, oversee crew breaks and shift schedules, and help develop front-of-house staff into future leaders in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must understand and apply Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department requirements.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes and time/temperature checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and promote positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are in good order.
