Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader at our Beaufort, SC location. You will maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and high‑quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the line clean and staffed with trained crew members.

You will monitor food safety, assist with crew scheduling, and help develop future Service Leaders. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required, with opportunities for advancement and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in and assist as needed during busy times.
• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and help maintain food safety standards.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with developing future Service Leaders.
• Handle miscellaneous office duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked as needed.
